Shipping Policy

We will arrange for the shipment of your placed order. Your ordered product(s) will be shipped from our stores/ warehouses in India. We try to deliver you the ordered product(s) within 2 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order, depending upon the address for delivery you have provided. However, shipping is scheduled, an estimated period, and it can’t be guaranteed. For any delays in the shipments, we are not liable. Order deliveries will be made to you by the third-party courier or logistics companies on any day from Monday to Saturday during working hours. We will arrange for the shipment of your placed order. The product(s) will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for product(s) signed by a person other than the one who has placed the order at the address provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage to product(s) after delivery if its package has been opened by you already. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to our Customer Care email on itccares@itc.in or the ‘Contact Us page on our website. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the ‘Proof of Delivery’ copy and returned to the delivery person.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping and handling rates are informed to you when you check out before confirming the order. At present, for all the subsequent demands of or above INR 249, we shall deliver your order to your doorstep free of cost; however, a shipping charge of INR 49 shall apply to all the orders under INR 249. Please note that shipping and handling rates may change based on the product, size, type, volume, packaging, and other considerations.
